Emergency incident management system IT integration for lead agency notification  all inbound calls and follow-up enforcing actions conducted at sites reported to the NRC:

• To prevent non-reporting and lapses in jurisdiction at uncontrolled hazardous release sites

• To prevent permanent involuntary displacement and human trafficking in government acquisitions in peacekeeping interventions 
• To ensure performance of site and threat assessments in crime-related incident response as homeland security safeguards against terrorism
• To ensure in the continuum of National Response Framework
